Project PLASE - Veterans

Referral Required

Project PLASE’s Veterans Program provides specialized housing and support services for veterans experiencing homelessness in Baltimore. The program is designed to help veterans transition out of homelessness through stable housing and individualized support.

Participants are placed into transitional or permanent supportive housing and receive case management focused on addressing barriers such as employment, health needs, and access to benefits. Staff work with veterans to connect them to VA services, job opportunities, and long-term housing solutions.

This resource is best suited for veterans who are seeking structured support and stable housing rather than emergency shelter. It provides a pathway toward independence and long-term stability with services tailored specifically to veteran needs.
