Sarah's Hope
Sarah’s Hope is a family-focused emergency shelter designed specifically for parents and children experiencing homelessness. Unlike single-adult shelters, this program provides private family units to help preserve stability, dignity, and safety for families during a difficult time.
Families entering Sarah’s Hope receive not only a place to stay, but also daily meals, case management, and access to services that support long-term housing stability. Staff work closely with parents to identify barriers such as employment, childcare, or housing access, and help connect them with resources to overcome those challenges.
The shelter operates in a structured environment with expectations around participation in case management and adherence to program rules. It is best suited for families who are ready to engage in services and work toward securing permanent housing. For families in crisis, it offers a safe and supportive starting point toward rebuilding stability.
